once the ball starts rolling things often develop faster than one had imagined. The first motions for a new trial (the cases of Germar Rudolf and Dr. Hans-Dietrich Sander) were planned for February 2004. A first session with Prof. Dr. Robert Faurisson and Ahmed Rami, the founder of "Radio Islam" took place in Vichy in December 2003. Since Christmas, the preparations have been going ahead full speed.

The trial which was begun in February 2004 against the leaders of the Deutsches Kolleg "Uwe Meenen, Reinhold Oberlercher and Horst Mahler (MOM)" for incitement of the people, before the 22nd Grand Division of the District Court Berlin, is proving to be the ideal prelude thanks to the outstanding co-operation of the public prosecutor Krüger. This lawyer has taken my statements in this trial as reason for initiating numerous preliminary proceedings for "denial of the Holocaust". If he continues in this dashing manner, a corresponding charge will soon be brought against me. If this is followed by a trial, we will have achieved what we strove for with the foundation of this society: there will be a trial against a "contemporary figure known world-wide" due to "denial of the Holocaust". For the first time in history we have the opportunity to reopen the "Auschwitz Trial" and to make the evidence refuting official historiography, which was collected after the Nuremberg Military Tribunal and Frankfurt Auschwitz Trial, "notorious to the courts" [judicial notice] with a world-wide echo. Under the leadership of Prof. Dr. Robert Faurisson, the international community of scientists counted as Revisionists is ready for action. A determination, which has so far not been felt before, is making itself noticeable: On 5 December 2003, Faurisson wrote to me: ?Mark my last words: "Zusammen ins Gefängnis" (Let’s go to prison together) Ahmed Rami has promised an intensive coverage for the Islamic countries.

When we founded the society, we considered the possibility that the motions for a new trial would be disregarded as inadmissible, and that a new trial would therefore not take place, as very likely indeed. This fear is now unfounded. Rather, the chances are that a public trial will take place. The attempt of Herr Krüger to disable me from participating in the coming "Great Auschwitz Trial" by anticipatorally banning me from my profession with immediate effect, will fail since I can, of course, defend myself in case I am accused, even if I should be banned from my profession.
